At Gingerbread Folk, the vegetable oil is made from coconut and canola oil. The canola component is Australian and GMO free. Please note our products do not contain Palm Oil
Product is made on the same machinery that is used for non-gluten free, however we are pleased to let you know that we have strict cleaning procedures in place, and gluten free batches are periodically sent for analysis to ensure our standard is maintained.

Each Gingerbread Folk house kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions and is famously simple to assemble. Plus, there’s a step-by-step demo video, perfect to play at events. For group bookings, you’ll also have access to extra resources to help promote your fundraiser or event to make it a sweet success!
As per the instructions on the inside of your gingerbread house kit packaging, be sure to use EXACTLY 35ml of water per packet of royal icing. Then stir vigorously (use hand-held beaters if available) until a spoon stands up straight in the mix.
