Where do you start with a review like this, taste is amazing, texture is spot on, packaging is cardboard so you can recycle and bag they come in is compostable! They are fabulous for your taste buds kind to the environment and just so beautiful to eat! Not to sweet,not to gingery,not hard..Just right! Glad I bought two boxes to take for sharing at Christmas parties. Something safe for me to eat with a cuppa and nice and fancy enough to gift to none gf eaters.And i didn't have to cook or package anything myself and these have a much better shelf life then if I made fondent iced sugar cookies again,which are so fiddly ,take ages, and too sweet anyway.Glad I decided to spend a bit more then if I did it myself, saved the time and took away the pressure to bake. I should have bought 3 boxes.Love them.Glad I got in early this year before they ran out.I hesitated last year and missed out.
