Refund policy


We stand by our quality guarantee; however, as our products are food items, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, items ordered in error, or delays within the freight network beyond our control.

ONLINE STORE orders – Delivery & Quality Assurance
We take great care in packing our products to minimise the risk of breakage. However, once orders are in transit, handling is outside our control and damage can occasionally occur. Please unpack and check your order upon delivery and notify Gingerbread Folk of any concerns within 24 hours of receipt. All requests for replacement, refund or return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, outside this timeframe, or after products have been distributed or used, we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds.

EVENTS / FUNDRAISERS – Bulk Orders: Delivery & Quality Assurance
All Gingerbread Folk house kits are quality-checked and packed with care prior to dispatch. Gingerbread is a fragile product, very occasionally damage can occur during transit or handling after delivery. Organisers are required to open and check all cartons within 24 hours of delivery. Any concerns must be reported to Gingerbread Folk within this timeframe to be eligible for replacement, refund, or return consideration.

If issues are discovered later, or after kits have been distributed or used, we’re unfortunately unable to replace or refund items. For peace of mind, many groups choose to order a small buffer of extra kits to allow for any unexpected issues. Please note any goodwill gestures offered outside of this process are provided at the sole discretion of Gingerbread Folk and do not set a precedent.
