Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days, or select 'Priority' at checkout to go straight to front of queue. Dispatch time refers to the period between placing your order and it leaving our warehouse.
Tracking is provided for all orders. After dispatch, delivery time is estimated at 1-7 business days depending on your location. Express services ship with the speediest service available.
Please note extended delivery timeframes resulting from freight network delays beyond our control (eg unforeseen events such as fire or flood) do not entitle cancellation of an order.
The last day for orders to be shipped in 2025 is 18th December. All orders placed after that date will be shipped from 2nd January 2026.
Returns and refunds aren’t available for Sale items or change of mind. Of course contact us if there is any other issue with your order.
