"The hearts went down a treat and were very popular with doctors and receptionists alike! When everyone else was handing out chocolates for Valentine's Day, there were many comments on how novel the idea was, how beautifully presented the product was and of course the taste of the gingerbread! The gingerbread itself is like true old fashioned gingerbread, just the right texture, not too spicy, not too overpowering with the ginger flavour.

Many of our doctors and receptionists were after details of where we got the product from... whilst I was tempted to keep it secret (!) "I ordered gingerbread from the Gingerbread Folk to use as a promotional tool for a conference being held in Sydney. I ordered a mixture of Opera House and Harbour Bridge shaped gingerbread with the name of the conference iced onto them. My initial inquiry was responded to almost immediately and the delivery of the actual product was very quick. Of course, I had to taste a sample and it was delicious!
