As a class mother for my daughter, I arranged a
‘Mother/Daughter’ Gingerbread House making afternoon tea late last year, which was a huge success. Such a festive activity to attend and it was all made very easy to host, thanks to the professionalism of Gingerbread Folk. The ordering process was very simple, the delivery on time, courteous staff and the product was superb. I was particularly delighted in the size of the house. Given that it wasn’t too big, it was quick and easy to construct, leaving more time for the fun of decorating it. Our mum’s and daughter’s had a fabulous time and all went home with a beautifully wrapped creation for their Christmas celebrations. I will certainly recommend Gingerbread Folk in the future, and hope to have another opportunity to use this outstanding business again myself.

Just to let you know our gingerbread afternoon went very well and we had 100% satisfaction despite varied levels of hand-eye co-ordination. All the packages and icing worked beautifully as did the instructions. students had a fantastic time. I look forward to ordering
again next year and making this activity an annual occurrence
in Food Technology as it comes under our unit for Celebrations.
The package is great and the students all had fun decorating

Our gingerbread making afternoon (albeit a small group) was a huge success with the staff. Everyone's house is still standing, much to their own amazement. Last night at a staff do, everyone was discussing the activity & saying they were looking forward to next years' event - stating it was the best thing we've ever done together! There's was much laughter &
a bit of mayhem but it was great. SO thanks again for fulfilling the small order.

We held the first of our gingerbread housemaking events last night, and I just wanted to let you know how well everything went and how happy I was with your product. Last year we sourced our gingerbread from a cake store and we had no end of trouble with rooves collapsing and sliding off! But this year was bliss and all participants were extremely happy with their end result. The icing bags are so convenient and mess free, and the whole thing is just delicious! Thanks for your help, great customer service and a great product.

Well, just how much fun did we have making our gingerbread house last week…. I can’t even begin to tell you!!!We had about 26 ladies come and had the best evening, it was a great night filled with laughter, relaxation, no work talk, a few nibbles and bubbles too! We had a prize for the best decorated and the ‘most artistically’ challenge house as well. Thank you, your products went down a treat. Your customer service and high quality of products are second to none, we will be back again with another order soon, we are thinking Christmas in July Gingerbread House making night!

Thanks so much for the kits. The students had the best time and they all went home very happy and it was a great way to get them to do something different in cooking and experiment. It was fantastic to watch those who haven’t done it before and those who have done it before and see the differences. We have the boys leave the day holding their little gingerbread houses and being so careful with them – it was great. So thanks again and we will be certainly ordering more for next year.

We had several comments that the gingerbread was better than previously, but people were most impressed with the icing. They thought it was much easier to handle than the egg-based icing. Our Gingerbread house night was a great success! Everyone loved their finished products and they all looked beautiful. Some people found the gingerbread a little too tempting and ate their chimneys straight away, which they said were delicious. Thank you for all your help with ordering the houses. They were delivered to my house the day after you sent them so that was very efficient and hassle free. It was all well packed and so easy to distribute on the night.
