Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days. Tracking is provided. After dispatch, delivery time is estimated at 1-7 business days depending on your location, or 5-10 days for International destinations.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes resulting from sudden changes in demand or freight network delays beyond our control eg unforeseen events such as fire, flood, Covid. Late delivery does not entitle cancellation of an order.
The last day for orders to be shipped in 2024 is 20th of December. All orders placed after that date will be shipped from 2nd January 2025.
We regret returns and refunds on our food items are not possible on Sale items, or for change of mind. Of course contact us if there is any other issue with your order.
